DJI WARRANTY
* During the warranty period, product is normal used, as intended by the manufacturer.
* No unauthorized disassembling, modification or installation has been performed.
* Labels, Serial Number, water proof mark, false proof mark etc. show no signs of tampering or altering. And a VALID proof-of-purchase.
Following situations are not subject to warranty services:
(1) Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing factors.
(2) Damaged caused by unautorized modification, disassembling or not following instuctions of the manual.
(3) Damaged caused by improper installation, incorrect use or operation.
(4) Damaged caused by any flights which did not follow the instructions from the manual.
(5) Damaged caused by operation in bad weather, operating the unit in an electromagnetic interference environment and with other wireless devices (i.e. radio transmitting tower, mining area, high voltage wire, transmitter, video link, Wi-Fi Signals, etc.)
(6) Damaged caused by incorrect/improper upgrading of firmware
DJI Product within 7days Replacement Warranty
(1) Customer should report within the 7days after purchasing the product thru DJI (support@dji.com) or thru MACYS
(2) Customer should send Proof-of-purchase together with the Warranty Receipt to DJI (support@dji.com). And details of reported defect should also be provided by customer (Photo, Video, etc.) to DJI.
(3) Thru the pictures and videos provided to DJI, DJI will then assess if unit is for replacement or warranty is void caused by user/pilot error.
Sending Defective Drone to DJI Support Team
* Freight collect at destination or normal mail is not accepted. Customers will/should shoulder the shipping fee of P8,000.00 (Shipping fee may change without prior notice) or any amount accumulated when sending it back to the DJI Support Team (China Office).
Customer assumes all liability associated with shipments during this term. Macys Camera Shop will not be liable for any associated damages to customer, including but not limited to, any loss, delay or damaged of goods caused by acts of God, public authorities, strikes, labor dispute, weather, mechanical failures, civil comotion, acts of terrorism, hazards incident to a state of war, or defects in the goods being shipped. Nor the company be liable for any punitive or exemplary damages nor any special, incidental or consequential damages, where or not the company had knowledge that such damages might be incurred.
