Looking For: Studio Condo walking distance to IT PARK 15-25k budget

I will be reassigned in Cebu City around July 1 and I am looking for a clean fully furnished studio condo walking distance to IT PARK. My budget is around 15-25k depending on the furnishing, location, size and nearby amenities. I might also use a car so I think in the future i will need a parking space so please kindly consider that as well.
