globe internet problem 5mbs connection ~

globe internet problem 5mbs connection ~

my globe internet only, no landline is 5mbs internet speed , it was installed last thursday
and today its only 1.10mbs , . . ping 37 ms . . and i kept on checking on it at speedtest. and its always 1mbs+
How come? its their bandwidth cap on it? i thought its only for landline? . .please need your answers, thank you.

i really need my speed back cause its my work online.:(
